Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. In most cases, items available in stock are shipped within this timeframe.

Due to the wide variety of case models available, certain models may be temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase. In such instances, the order may require additional time for preparation or restocking. When this occurs, the total estimated delivery time may be extended to approximately 10–14 business days.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Mainland Spain: 24–72 hours

  • Balearic Islands: 2–4 business days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping in EU: 5–10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances, such as periods of high demand, public holidays, or logistical issues with the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your package.

Exceptional Delays

Although we make every effort to meet our estimated timeframes, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. These can include transportation incidents, customs processing, or periods of unusually high demand. In such cases, we greatly appreciate your understanding, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order is correct and complete. We shall not be held liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
