Genuine leather is a noble, organic, and living material. Unlike synthetic alternatives, authentic leather ages gracefully, developing a unique patina that tells your story. To ensure your leather accessories maintain their suppleness, durability, and premium appearance over time, a small amount of dedicated care is essential.
Whether it is for your daily phone case or any other fine leather good, here are our key recommendations for professional leather maintenance:
Gentle and Regular Cleaning
Daily use transfers natural oils and dust to the leather surface. To keep it pristine:
Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water (never soaked) to wipe the surface.
Always avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based disinfectant wipes, or multi-purpose cleaners, as these can strip the leather of its natural oils, causing it to dry out and damaging its original color.
Consistent Conditioning
Much like our own skin, leather requires hydration to prevent cracking and maintain its elasticity.
Apply a specialized leather conditioner or a natural wax balm every 2 to 3 months.
Use only a minimal amount: rub it in gently with a clean cloth using circular motions, allowing the leather to absorb it naturally.
Protection from Water and Humidity
Genuine leather and excessive water are not a good match.
If your accessory accidentally gets wet, do not use a hairdryer or place it on a radiator; extreme heat will cause the leather to harden and shrink.
Simply pat away excess water with a dry cloth and allow it to air-dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures
Prolonged, direct exposure to intense sunlight or heat sources can fade the leather and deplete its natural oils, making it brittle. Try to avoid leaving your leather accessories on a car dashboard during the height of summer.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a refund, the article must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of use, and in the same original packaging in which it was delivered.
